Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing, quality control, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance.
  • Manage program financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and allocation of program resources.
  • Exercise authority to commit resources and resolve program-level issues in support of contract requirements.
  • Lead Monthly Program Management Reviews, providing clear reporting on performance, schedule, staffing, risks, financials, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with mission and contractual objectives.

Description

Markon is building a talent pool of Program Managers to support future Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify experienced professionals to lead complex, multi-site support services programs and provide overall accountability for successful contract execution. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring leadership of geographically distributed teams, program performance, staffing, quality, schedule, financial performance, and customer deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability to Government Contracting Officers (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) for overall program execution.
  • Lead and coordinate geographically distributed teams and multiple Call Orders to ensure integrated program performance.
  • Oversee staffing, quality control, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance.
  • Manage program financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and allocation of program resources.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

  • Experience serving as the primary program interface with Government COs and CORs

  • Experience managing multiple Call Orders or task orders within a complex contract environment

  • Experience leading formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs)

Salary RangeUSD $175,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
