What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans outlining prioritization, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cross-system dependencies
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and product use cases to guide IT development and support customer-centric designs
- Serve as the central communication bridge across cross-functional departments to report program status, mitigate business risks, and manage executive stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus to manage project scope, address dependencies, and eliminate operational blockers
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and root-cause analysis to resolve system bottlenecks and cross-team conflicts
- Champion modern project management platforms and AI productivity tools to create scalable, transparent workflows
