Title: Program Manager

SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with over 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive/ESS industry, to manage program and sales operations. The role involves maintaining communication with customers and internal teams, supporting change management, overseeing program milestones, and developing sales plans.
Responsibilities:[Program Management]
- Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams in Lansing.
- Support customer meetings related to changes in 4M (Material, Machine, Method, Manpower) and manage the 4M timeline on-site or via conference calls. Publish internal implementation plans to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with PM CS representatives on change management, including PPAP status and part number changes.
- Oversee program milestones and risk management, ensuring material and timing impacts are monitored, such as line readiness and PPAP schedules.
- Manage revenue control and generate accurate monthly reports.
- Ensure product quality through processes like GM APQP, distributing tasks to relevant departments and addressing customer needs.
[Sales]
- Develop preliminary sales plans based on internal production schedules and external shipping plans.
- Analyze customer demand (EDI & pre-production orders) and set shipping plans based on daily production schedules. Manage returnable shipping packages/trays.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable to ensure no discrepancies between shipped and received quantities.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and LGESMI Lansing personnel, preparing for meetings related to demand, sales, and project timelines.
- Lead cross-functional reviews to capture internal and customer requirements, both commercial and technical.
- Engage in sales activities for assigned customers and articulate project challenges to stakeholders for escalation and guidance.
- Handling all preparations and coordination for customer visit and audits.
Qualifications:- Preferred experience in both sales and program management roles.
- Familiarity with customer-related websites such as OpenText, GM Supply Power, and Ford Supplier Portal is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive/ESS industry with general work process standards, such as those of GM and Ford (e.g., PPAP, 4M change), is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience:- 3+ years of experience in program managing, or sales operations, preferably in the automotive/ESS industry
Skills:- English/Korean bilingual skills and a college degree are preferred.
