Job Description McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager/Knowledge Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).
This is a full time position located in Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Position will be lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE-level responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.
Design and Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices
Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data
Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate
Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
Years of experience: 3+ years of experience and within the DoD sector
