This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities- Manager of the Contractor staff.
- Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Must have a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and exhibit proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders to definite task objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance.
- Additionally responsible for assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of organization.
- Requires a strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.
Qualification & Skills- Minimum 8 specific years' experience as a Program Manager
- Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience.
- PMP certification is required.
Required Clearances and Screenings- Active Secret clearance is required
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
