Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• 10+ years of Technical or IT Project Management experience, with recent roles in Cyber Workforce Development, Privacy Compliance Management, and SCCA project leadership
• Active IAT II+ or IAM II certification required
• PMP, PBA, or PMP specialization preferred
• Strong understanding of DoD security frameworks and enterprise IT environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects in Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) environments
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions in cybersecurity and privacy
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and risk assessments for complex initiatives
• Support cyber workforce development, aligning skills and training with DoD standards
• Oversee privacy compliance programs ensuring adherence to federal and DoD data protection policies
• Coordinate technical acquisition efforts and engage stakeholders through effective communication
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, simplifying complex concepts into actionable plans
