Description

The Adoption Program Manager helps turn Infor's Customer Adoption Journey strategy into coordinated, measurable programs that improve customer activation, sustained use, and value realization. This role translates leadership priorities, customer insights, and business needs into practical plans, cross-functional workstreams, and repeatable adoption plays.

Working within the Customer Adoption Office, this role organizes scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, measures of success, and stakeholder communications. The role partners across Customer Success, Operations, Product, Services, Education, Support, Marketing, Sales, Partners, IT, and Legal to create a more connected customer experience.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Manage adoption programs from planning through launch, measurement, optimization, and scale.
  • Create clear requirements, workback plans, decision points, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional commitments.
  • Coordinate Customer Success, partner, education, product, marketing, and operations activities into one coherent customer experience.
  • Maintain program transparency through milestone reporting, decision logs, risk management, dependency tracking, and outcome scorecards.
  • Identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and escalate tradeoffs with context, impact, options, and a recommendation.
  • Document what works, what does not work, and why; apply lessons learned to improve future program execution.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience working with enterprise ERP solutions and the business processes they support, including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, human capital management, or workforce management.
  • Experience with product analytics, customer success, CRM, learning, or customer-engagement platforms.
  • Experience with customer journey design, process mining, experimentation, funnel analysis, or portfolio management.
  • Experience working with customer-facing engagement programs, in-app guidance, targeted communications, or next-best-action models.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in partnering across Customer Success, Operations, Product, Services, Education, Support, Marketing, Sales, Partners, IT, and Legal to create a more connected customer experience.
  • Experience managing communications clearly.
  • Experience working in a capacity where you are curious, collaborative, analytical, creative, and comfortable doing the hands-on work required to move priorities forward.

Location: Hybrid role 3 days in office (Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX)
