Core Government Services is seeking an experienced educational Program Manager (PM) who will provide support to the US Army Installation Command (IMCOM) Army Continuing Education System (ACES).Essential Functions:The Program Manager will lead our team in execution of all contract tasks including our quality control program.
Our PM will be the Government's primary point of contact responsible for maintaining professionally trained and qualified employees and substitute personnel to meet the service educational requirements at locations inside the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
The PM will design and lead an efficient management structure to provide effective and timely coordination, quality of performance and work, and management of all work required under this contract.
The PM must ensure all deliverables and other terms of this contract are successfully accomplished.
Requirements:- Applicants must have at least five (5) years of successful leadership experience as an educational director or program manager providing adult educational services within the last five (5) years. We prefer applicants with recent IMCOM ACES educational experience.
- Applicant must have a Master's degree from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. We prefer a PM with a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree.
- We prefer our PM to possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Our PM must successfully complete all initial mandated Government training and renew certifications annually according to Government policies. This training includes Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level 1 including additional topics as directed by Regional Commanders, iWatch training, Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), Operation Security (OPSEC), Communication Security (COMSEC), DOD Cyber Awareness, and other training as required by the Government.
- Receive a favorable a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation which is required for issuance of a Government Common Access Card (CAC) and for military installation access.
- Be a legal US Citizen
Working Conditions: On-site inside a Government office at Fort Sam Houston, TX
Required Travel: Occasional travel to other major military command installations

Normal Work Schedule: 0800 - 1700, Monday - Friday
