Job Overview

As part of the Customer Excellence Team within the Marine, Oil and Gas (MOG) Business Unit, the Customer Program Manager (CPM) will manage our U.S. distribution partner, ensuring strong execution and a high-quality customer experience that builds trust, supports existing business, and enables future growth in the U.S. Defense and Oil & Gas subsea markets.

The CPM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, issues are resolved quickly, and communication remains clear and proactive. They will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Own day-to-day communication with assigned key customers
  • Track and manage customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery performance
  • Identify and resolve delivery, supply, or quality issues
  • Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales)
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage backlog and forecast customer demand

  • Identify risks and drive mitigation plans
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $82,100 - $102,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
