Are you excited to drive high-visibility labor and equipment planning across a network wide operational portfolio? TOM Planning, Design, and Execution (TPDE) is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a record of achieving results, to own and execute key planning initiatives across Labor Planning and Equipment Planning. TOM TPDE is dedicated to optimizing workforce deployment, fleet utilization, and planning accuracy through the implementation of data-driven models and scalable mechanisms, ensuring TOM-managed yards are staffed, equipped, and operationally ready. Our team supports 700+ TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada supporting various Amazon lines of business.
You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM's Short-Term Labor Plan, equipment allocation strategies, and 3P procurement mechanisms. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including labor planning, equipment planning, fleet strategy, TOM operations, S&OP, ACES, finance, analytics, and many more.
You will solve complex problems - balancing immediate operational challenges with ongoing strategic initiatives. You will help define planning goals, own program roadmaps for your area, and contribute to performance narratives. You will coordinate resources and priorities across stakeholders including field operations, Fleet, and central planning teams to deliver results. The work balances program ownership with tactical execution, influencing stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Own program execution for your area - setting priorities, making trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and communicating effectively to Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and coordinate execution of rollouts
• Manage implementation across a group of cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives while providing ongoing operational support
• Use data and metrics to track program health, identify improvements, and report results to leadership
• Partner with field leadership to translate model outputs into actionable execution guidance and close the loop on variance to plan

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
