Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Manager II for In-Home Services, Manufacturing, and Distribution leads high-impact, cross-departmental programs that directly shape physical supply chain operations, field execution, and IT infrastructure. This role resolves complex operational bottlenecks, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, and mitigates execution risks across the enterprise. By translating strategic goals into detailed execution plans and technical requirements, the role ensures project timelines, KPI achievements, and resource optimization are met.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Execute end-to-end programs from concept to completion across Manufacturing, Distribution, and In-Home Services departments to achieve department OKRs
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus across Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams using high emotional intelligence
  • Build comprehensive program schedules, operational workflows, and milestone trackers with sharp attention to detail
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical feature requirements for IT team execution
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, material shortages, and service risks while implementing immediate, structured resolution plans
  • Champion PMO process optimization by implementing lean methodologies and leveraging AI workflow automation tools to enhance operational efficiency

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
  • Expertise in professional project management methodologies including PMP, Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Advanced ability to synthesize analytical reporting, data analysis, and operational troubleshooting to formulate strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities to deliver clear operational updates to both frontline staff and executive leadership
  • Critical experience managing massive datasets, moving parts, and complex cross-departmental dependencies
  • AI Literacy and application skills to streamline program tracking, data interpretation, and workflow optimizations
  • Proven track record of leadership-by-influence, mentoring junior project managers, and resolving inter-departmental conflicts


Additional Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or field-based service environments
  • Internal track record of demonstrated leadership, execution, and relationship management within the organization


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 2 to 4 years of dedicated project or program management experience (or 5+ years of related operational experience)
  • Project Management Software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Technical requirement gathering and IT alignment
  • Operational data analysis and reporting tools

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $82,000.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
