Meade, MDSecret clearance**This position is contingent upon contract award**Job Description Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support programs in the Fort Meade, MD area. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership, technical expertise, and DoD experience to guide complex programs supporting U.S. Government and military customers.
The Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all contract support activities, serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, and ensure program execution meets cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Responsibilities include leading program planning and execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies; managing cross-functional resource allocation; facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and incremental delivery; coordinating technical and operational logistics; and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational governance standards.
Qualifications / Requirements- U. S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline
- Minimum 10 years of DoD-related program management experience supporting U.S. military or other Government agencies. An additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
