Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical data into actionable information.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.
• Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up for completion.
• Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.
