Program Manager

Qualifications

• Medical device industry experience or automotive industry background required.
• Prior program management experience with $30-50M+ manufacturing capital programs.
• Proven track record of delivering large line installations and plant expansions on schedule.
• Ability to navigate design controls and validation expectations in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on approach to project execution, not just a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of a $50M program, the largest at the site.
• Oversee all workstreams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Navigate and adhere to design controls and validation requirements.
• Work onsite in Portage, MI for the duration of the project.
• Commit to full-time, 40-hour work weeks.
