Program Manager, Digital Services & AI SolutionsPosition SummaryThe Program Manager will lead the execution of NCR Voyix's strategic technology-enabled service offerings, including Application Managed Services, Service Companion, AI-powered Customer Support solutions, and future digital service initiatives.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy & Transformation, this individual contributor role serves as a key connector across Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, Customer Support, and Commercial teams. This person will help translate strategy into execution by bringing structure to ambiguity, developing actionable plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives through delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, experience working with technology product and software development teams, and a demonstrated ability to identify what needs to happen next and make it happen.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Execution- Lead the planning and execution of technology-enabled service initiatives, including Application Managed Services, Service Companion, AI Customer Support solutions, and future digital offerings.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, Support, and Commercial teams.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, decisions, and resource needs to keep initiatives on track.
Technology & Product Partnership- Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects, and operational leaders to understand product roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Bridge business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer and business objectives.
- Support pilots, launches, adoption planning, and operational readiness activities.
Executive Communications & Planning- Create executive presentations, business cases, implementation plans, status updates, and recommendations.
- Facilitate decision-making by clearly articulating options, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions.
- Support strategic planning and prioritization efforts across the organization.
Required SkillsStructured Problem Solver- Able to take an ambiguous objective and quickly identify the key workstreams, stakeholders, decisions, dependencies, and actions required for success.

Technology-Aware Operator- Experience working directly with software development, product management, product operations, technical program management, or technology transformation teams.
- Strong understanding of how technology products are developed, launched, and supported.
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams and translating technical concepts into business actions and decisions.

- Fintech, payments, SaaS, enterprise software, retail technology, or technology-enabled services companies
- Product-led organizations responsible for developing, launching, and scaling software products and digital solutions
Industry experience in payments, managed services, customer support technologies, AI-enabled products, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate ProfileA highly structured thinker who combines the problem-solving skills of a strategy consultant with the execution mindset of a technology operator.
This individual has experience working alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, and business leaders and understands how technology products move from concept to implementation. They are naturally curious, organized, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to identify what needs to happen next, put a plan on paper, align stakeholders, and drive execution.
