Program Manager/COTA
*** Internal Travel Options! & $5,000.00 BONUS!

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Setting: Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Custer Care & Rehab Center - Custer, SD

Pay: Up to $45/hr based on experience and qualifying interview.
