Full Job Description
In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and vetting process for new Hub Delivery partners, working directly alongside the Business Development Manager to ensure every partner is set up for success. As our partner count grows, you will play a critical part in reducing onboarding cycle times, coordinating partner rescue coverage when delivery gaps arise, and keeping our delivery network running smoothly. If you enjoy building efficient processes, working cross-functionally, and making a tangible impact on customers and communities, this is the role for you.

Key job responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding lifecycle for new Hub Delivery partners - reviewing documentation, completing the vetting process, and ensuring partners are launch-ready on schedule.

- Coordinate partner rescue efforts when active partners are unable to complete deliveries, working quickly to secure coverage and minimize customer impact.

- Partner with the Business Development Manager, operational stakeholders, and regional leaders to align onboarding priorities, track progress against milestones, and communicate status to senior leadership.

- Leverage Salesforce and data analytics to monitor onboarding metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and propose improvements that reduce cycle times and drive program performance.

- Identify and mitigate risks across the onboarding pipeline, resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, and guide special projects from ideation through documentation to deployment.

- Set clear program objectives and develop reporting that provides visibility into milestones, project performance, and resource allocation.

- Identify common practices to codify repeatable processes and find opportunities to consolidate redundant efforts to improve speed and scale.

A day in the life

Your primary focus is keeping the partner onboarding pipeline moving efficiently. You will review Salesforce dashboards to track vetting progress and flag any pending items or escalations. You will connect with Hub Partners to guide them through documentation requirements, then align with the Business Development Manager on upcoming launches and priorities. When delivery gaps occur, you will coordinate rescue coverage with operations teams to maintain service levels. You will also analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements for the next wave of partners entering the network.
