Program Manager

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, with PgMP or Level III PM certification as alternatives.
• At least 10 years of program management or senior DoD experience.
• Direct experience working with senior DoD leadership is mandatory.
• Senior-level experience defined as military officer (field grade or above) or equivalent DoD civilian role (GS-13 or higher).
• 5 years managing cyber range or IT/OT technology programs specifically.
• Familiarity with DoD cyber test range platforms and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the authorized contractor representative with full operational authority.
• Oversee MACC-TTE operations and manage contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Plan and monitor program activities to meet mission goals.
• Manage program scope, cost, and schedule across several projects.
• Develop and maintain program plans and status reports.
• Prepare reports for testing and training events.
• Track and report key performance metrics as per government directions.
