Full Job Description
Blue Sky Innovators seeks a Program Manager (Operations and Workflow) to join our team in Arlington, VA. The PM will be responsible for supervising and facilitating day-to-day operations of the team and synchronizing office workflow between Blue Sky and military/Government staff. This position will also serve as site lead responsible for coordinating and interfacing between the Government and Blue Sky for administrative purposes and tasks.

The PM will leverage the HAF Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Task Management Tool (TMT) to facilitate office workflow. The candidate will coordinate with external partners, managing and maintaining participant rosters, reserving event locations and information technology support, and coordinating with applicable security agencies. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining calendars, facilitating weekly meetings, and developing business practices to improve processes, ensure quality, and enhance integration and synchronization between Blue Sky and the government.

Requirements
  • Familiar with Air Staff and joint administrative and operations instructions/procedures.
  • Familiar with airpower concepts and capabilities and how these are effectively employed in support of the Joint Force.
  • Ten years of USAF experience, including at least five years at the MAJCOM-level or higher (or a sister service equivalent) serving in either a Director of Staff (DS) or Chief of Staff (CoS) position.
  • Expertise in executive-level briefing preparation, strategic planning, and coordination of MAJCOM or Air Staff priorities.
  • Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., Air War College, Senior Developmental Education).
  • Experience using ETMS2 or similar enterprise task management tools.
  • TS/SCI Clearance


Salary range for the position is $160,000 - $240,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical/dental/vision benefits and 401k contribution.
