This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Summary

As on on-site Program Integrator and Site Lead for HII at SOUTHCOM HQs you will lead day-to-day interface, engagements, and governance of a multi-billion-dollar ISR services contract, orchestrating projects, deliverables, funding flows, logistics, and security across dispersed CONUS/OCONUS sites. You will serve as the key HII interface to the Government portfolio owners, ensuring cost, schedule, performance, quality, and mission outcomes are met.

What You Will Do

  • Program Governance & Delivery: Own delivery of contract program deliverables (e.g., PMP, Project Kick-off brigings, Transition-In, management, project plans, status reports) and maintain transparency via HII's Mission Management interface.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead daily engagement with stakeholders, Government Project Owners, and technical leaders, coordinating approvals/workflows for travel, purchases, invoices, and deliverables.
  • Operations & Mission Support: Integrate AISR operations, PED, partner coordination, and mission enabling services; synchronize with JIATF-South and other mission partners per project plans; manage contingency and emergent operations activation.
  • Contracts & Financial Oversight: Oversee financial execution, funding waterfalls, CLIN allocations, performance alignment with awarded resources; maintain audit-ready artifacts.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce DD254 requirements, clearance tracking, facility/network access, ITAR/JTR/FTR travel compliance, and deliverable timeliness/accuracy.
  • Innovation & AI Automation: Drive AI/ML automation and solutions integration across innovation and experimentation projects; capture efficiencies and operational improvements.


What We Are Looking For

  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Former Program Manager with 10+ years leading complex technology development and technology transition programs, including multi-project portfolios and distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated contracts management expertise on CPAF/CPFF multi-tenant contract vehicles; fluent with TO deliverables, modifications, approvals, and Government workflows.
  • Strong financial oversight skills: budget planning, CLIN management, ODC controls, fee computation, and audit-ready reporting.
  • Hands-on AI automation experience implementing ML-enabled workflows/analytics in operational settings (ISR, PED, OSINT, logistics).
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI and eligibility to work on-site at USSOUTHCOM HQ.
  • Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS per mission needs. Travel up to 25% of time may be spent traveling to various government clients or project places of performance.


Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Combatant or Functional Command familiarity and prior work with J-directorates, Interagency, and mission partners (e.g., JIATF-South, partner-nation forces, DHS/DEA).
  • Experience leading All-Domain ISR programs (air/maritime, PED, OSINT) with embedded innovation lanes.
  • Proven success managing Transition-In plans and staffing at scale; coordination of site activations and PDSS.
  • Familiarity with award-fee criteria and performance surveillance across deliverables.
