Program Integrator Level 2

DCCA is the prime contractor for this Government program that delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the National Security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results. Job Responsibilities:
(U) Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
(U) In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.
(U) In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
(U) Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
(U) Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
(U) Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 120,000 to 155,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
