Job DescriptionJob Title: Program DirectorLocation- Boston, MAJob Description- Establish program governance, decision forums, escalation mechanisms and executive reporting.
- Drive integrated planning across business, functional, technical and organizational-change workstreams.
- Lead SteerCo and executive governance discussions.
- Manage dependencies, critical path, risks, issues, assumptions and major decisions.
- Ensure alignment between transformation objectives and program execution.
- Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior delivery interface with CIO, CFO, business leadership and transformation sponsors.
- Oversee the program for schedule, Quality and Budget
- Own program financial performance from the delivery organization perspective.
- Monitor budget, effort, staffing and forecast.
- Own executive-level go-live readiness.
- Partner with Enterprise/Solution Architects to maintain an integrated target architecture.
- Establish design authority and architecture governance
- S/4 transformation / implementation experience
- PMO experience on s/4 transformation engagements,
- Experience in CPG / Retail they design, manufacture, distribute - wholesale, retail, DTC, finance, HR
- Has managed in PMO capacity on S/4 transformations (they highly value it - alternately look for managing in other Big-4 on S/4 implementations). Ability to control & manage scope, costs working with Customer
- Executive presence to work with CXO's (this role has direct 1:1 line to the CIO, and is introduced to CEO, line presidents, etc
- Ability to push back on business leaders in a rational manner.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management.
Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $277,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
