Program Director

RN required for this role (Registered Nurse)

M-F (Full time)

90-95k

The ideal applicant is some who is a clinical RN that has experience treating complex cases across settings, directly managed different kinds of team members (nurses and non-nurses), has some experience business acumen (has managed budgets, has worked in residential services or similar where they were directly responsible for recruitment, scheduling shifts, HR responsibilities, etc.). Ideally, this person will also have some experience getting new projects of the ground for where they were managing external vendors and logistics.

  • Function as a Business/Program leader to direct and oversee the daily operations of several enhanced nursing residential (24/7 staffed) programs in a community setting with responsibilities including: implementation and accountability for the company's established policies and procedures; maintaining good standing for licensure/accreditation compliance; direct support staffing/scheduling and general labor management; person-centered clinical planning and coordination of an interdisciplinary treatment team; directing nursing operations across assigned programs, fiscal stewardship of monthly and annual financial/budget goals; management of stakeholder relations; and driving persons served clinical outcomes.
  • Management of assigned direct reports including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
  • Make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations in collaboration with State Director.
  • Manage the implementation of program planning and business growth; meet quality goals in delivery of services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served.
  • Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
  • Active RN license in the State of New Hampshire required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and prior leadership experience in a formal role as manager or director.
  • Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements or as required by applicable regulations.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management skills to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
