DIRECTOR- Intensive Community Support (ICS)

Seeking a dynamic leader!

Position located in Lexington. MA

Salary: $84,000

What You Will Do:

The ICS Director position is an innovative residential and community-based step-down program to assist MH consumers in transitioning successfully from the hospital to community living. Primary responsibilities include managing the clinical and administrative operations of multidisciplinary team and respite component. Other responsibilities include intake/assessment, treatment planning, implementation and documentation, therapy, outreach, support, linkage and case coordination as part of the interdisciplinary team; after hour on-call responsibility.

Who You Are:

Masters degree in relevant clinical field. Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts required (LCSW, LICSW or LMHC). Minimum of two year clinical experience working with persons diagnosed with mental illnesses required. Supervisory experience required. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Valid driver's license required.
