We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.
What You'll Do- Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care
- Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team
- Drive quality improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (PT, OT, SLP or RN) or healthcare management (Master's preferred)
- Current clinical licensure as required by state regulations, required
- 3+ years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience, preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, strongly required
