Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program.
Minimum three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
CPR certification is required.
