Position Overview: Defines systems scope and objectives, documents business and user requirements, and manages the integration of new capabilities into business operations. Advises the PMO on benefits realization and delivery timing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business and industry requirements.
- Perform analysis of business and user needs; document requirements and translate into proper specifications.
- Provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor across most phases of systems analysis.
- Plan and manage the realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices; define benefits that support strategic program objectives.
- Maintain focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested.
- Advise the PMO on whether outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes.
- Optimize the timing of new deliverable releases into business operations.

- Associate's + 4 years experience
- Bachelor's + 2 years experience

Senior Level:- HS/GED + 10 years experience
