Program Analyst

TechOp Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support a high-visibility federal program. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing deliverables, supporting program operations, engaging stakeholders, and producing high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment. This role is well-suited for a motivated analyst who can balance independent ownership with collaborative execution across a large, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, manage, and produce program deliverables with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate reviews and ensure all submissions meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards.
  • Support program operations through meeting facilitation, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide clear verbal and written updates to government stakeholders and program leadership.
  • Develop and deliver briefings, status updates, talking points, and decision-ready materials.
  • Support meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow-through.
  • Assess current processes, workflows, and documentation to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Support the development of streamlined procedures, automated workflows, and enhanced documentation tools.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, guides, and policy documents.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, storyboards, and executive-level decks.
  • Support knowledge capture and organization across shared systems and repositories.


Work Location
  • Telework, with occasional in-person work sessions in the Washington, D.C. area.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant program analyst or operational support experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take products from concept to completion with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to brief stakeholders and leadership clearly and confidently.
  • Advanced writing skills with experience drafting SOPs, policies, reports, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or operational analysis.
  • An Active CBP/ICE Public Trust with suitability or an Active Top Secret Clearance
