Celestar, a B&A Company, is currently seeking candidates for a Program Analyst who will perform duties in support of the U.S. Army National Guard Bureau in Arlington, VA

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance

LOCATION: Arlington, VA

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational programs, policies, or systems to maximize efficiency and achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze data, manage budgets, draft reports, and provide recommendations to management.
  • You will frequently be assessing compliance, streamlining workflows, and implementing new processing.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field.
  • Ten (10) years of Federal, State, or private sector work experience focused on policy, administration, program management, and/or compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and present findings.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and conduct research.
