Full-Time Program Analyst I (Business/Data Analyst) (expanded duties) On-site

Washington, D.C.

Position Overview The Industry & Analysis unit within ITA provides critical insight and actionable intelligence to advance U.S. economic competitiveness, strengthen domestic industries, and ensure supply chain resiliency. To meet these objectives, I&A requires specialized program analysts and subject matter experts to address complex business challenges, manage evolving program requirements, and support the development and implementation of high-priority initiatives.
Essential Job Function
  • Provide analytical and consultative services to administer programs across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, system/performance testing, and implementation.
  • Analyze and review budget, schedule, and other program resources to ensure project success.
  • Identify resource shortfalls, risks, and issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Participate in requirements analysis sessions, review business and system requirements, and ensure integration requirements meet program needs.
  • Conduct research, review test results, monitor system testing, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop and present reports that detail findings, risks, and proposed solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement by evaluating alternatives and recommending process efficiencies.
  • Lead the coordination of a critical program requiring collaboration from multiple units and offices across the organization.
  • Manage and validate program data by ensuring data integrity, performing quality control, and prepare program data for review by senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage new processes that require innovation in streamlining and creating efficiencies.
  • Utilize oral and written communication to effectively cite policy, guidance, and recommendations to client offices and senior leadership.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in program analysis and project support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in federal programs.

COMPENSATION / SALARY RANGE:
STI-TEC adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
