  • Facilitate follow-up meetings, document decisions, and advance open actions.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and perform rigorous follow-ups.
  • Track costs, prototypes, timelines, and key indicators.
  • Support teams to ensure quality deliverables and project success.

Chez Teledyne MEMS à Bromont, vous contribuerez à transformer des idées ambitieuses en technologies concrètes utilisées dans des applications de pointe. L’entreprise fait partie de Teledyne Imaging et se distingue par ses capacités en microfabrication, en semi-conducteurs et en production MEMS, du prototype jusqu’à la fabrication en volume. Dans ce rôle, vous piloterez des projets de développement et d’introduction de nouveaux produits, en travaillant de près avec des équipes techniques, opérationnelles, financières et clients. Si vous aimez structurer la complexité, mobiliser les bonnes personnes et faire avancer des projets à fort impact, cette opportunité est pour vous.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Piloter des projets de développement et d’introduction de nouveaux produits MEMS en production.

  • Établir des plans de projet clairs avec échéanciers, jalons, livrables et priorités.

  • Coordonner les équipes internes et assurer une communication fluide entre les parties prenantes.

  • Agir comme point de contact principal auprès des clients pour le suivi des projets.

  • Animer les rencontres de suivi, documenter les décisions et faire progresser les actions ouvertes.

  • Identifier les risques, proposer des solutions et assurer un suivi rigoureux.

  • Suivre les coûts, les prototypes, les échéanciers et les indicateurs importants.

  • Soutenir les équipes afin d’assurer la qualité des livrables et la réussite des projets.

  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à clarifier des enjeux complexes(requis).

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement multidisciplinaire(requis).

  • Aptitude à mobiliser et à collaborer avec des équipes techniques, opérationnelles et financières(requis).

  • Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en gestion de projets techniques ou en développement de produits(requis).

  • Formation en génie, sciences appliquées ou domaine technique connexe(requis).

  • Maîtrise ou doctorat(atout).

  • Expérience en MEMS, semi-conducteurs ou certification PMP(atout).
