Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with fellow engineering staff, both departmentally and across disciplines, local municipalities, contractors, and land development clients
- Manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design standards, and specifications to ensure a quality project is delivered on-time and on-budget
- Passion to develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets
- Desire to work and team with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the MN market
- Aptitude to lead, mentor and advance junior staff
- Eagerness to grow and maintain strong client and staff relationships
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant Land Development design or construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Minnesota
- Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects and work collaboratively with peers
- Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Strong project management skills are preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency with ICPR and stormwater modeling

The base pay for this position is expected to be in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
