We currently have an opportunity foraa Production Supervisora at oura New Hope, MN a pasta production facility.a The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals while supporting employee development and continuous improvement.a

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7:30am

Pay: $77,000 - $84,000

Responsibilities:aa

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production throughput, quality, and laborautilizationa targetsaa

  • Supervise, coach, and develop frontline employees through performance management, training, communication, and employee engagement initiativesaa

  • Monitor production, quality, and safety performance metrics;aidentifya opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of Lean manufacturing and operational improvement initiativesaa

  • Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams toamaintaina compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, including participation in audits, investigations, and corrective actionsaa

  • Lead shift communications, team huddles, and operational coordination activities while supporting emergency response efforts andamaintaininga accuratea operational documentation and reportingaa

Qualifications:aa

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionaa

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environmentaa

  • Proficiencyawith Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointaa

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs requireaa

  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmenta

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related technical field

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or high-speed production environmentsa

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and behavior-based safety programsa
