Full Job Description
Eaton's Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Coils). This position is located at our Waukesha, WI (Badger Dr) location.

This role is located in Waukesha, WI facility. No relocation assistance will be provided.

The shift will be from 3:00pm-11:00pm.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:

As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross-functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business as well as meeting departmental metrics, goals, and objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Align quality priorities with department requirements and enforce standardized work processes.
  • Manage daily operations, production priorities, and labor scheduling.
  • Facilitate shift coordination and effective communication across teams.
  • Foster continuous improvement and lean practices to achieve world-class performance.
  • Monitor performance, coach employees, and provide training resources.
  • Maintain equipment, initiate maintenance, and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Oversee inventory, expense budgets, and accurate clerical records.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet plant goals.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
  • Experience in an Engineered to order environment
