Eaton's EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division division is currently seeking two (2) Production Schedulers to join our team.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:The Production Scheduler will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the materials required to support production activities. This includes managing manufacturing orders and ensuring accurate inventory through ERP transaction management. Reporting directly to the Materials Manager, this role will collaborate with customer service, internal and external suppliers, Product Engineering, and Production to provide exceptional support and meet customer needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Schedule and maintain manufacturing orders
- Expedite materials, where required, to address gaps between current plan and requirements to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast data to meet profit and inventory targets
- Balance inventory and manage fill rate to maximize value
- Conduct MRP reviews, manage forecasts, and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability
- Review requisitions, action exception messages, and expedite delivery of materials or services to meet production schedules and supplier on-time delivery (SOTD) goals
- Monitor in-stock and delivery status; take expediting actions and provide accurate "available-to-promise" updates to stakeholders
- Maximize effective use of ERP systems and other technology platforms to improve material management efficiency
- Maintain accurate Material Master records and source lists; reconcile supplier invoices for payment
- Understand and run system queries as needed within the ERP/operating system
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory to ensure accuracy within targets
- Manage and maintain Kanban systems, vendor-managed programs, scheduling agreements, and blanket orders
- Ensure work orders are current, not overdue, and not stalled in pick status
- Apply data analysis and analytical tools to drive process improvements
- Develop strong process knowledge for procuring materials and services to meet delivery requirements
- Provide reporting and support annual cost reduction and process improvement goals
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of total supply chain and logistics processes
Qualifications:Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or an associate's Degree with 5 years supply chain experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in material planning in a manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to relocate to Beaver PA. (Pittsburgh PA area). Relocation assistance will be provided from within the country in the USA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, Business, or other manufacturing related fields from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• APICS Certification
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Technical knowledge & Soft Skills:- Strong understanding of customer requirements, quality standards, and lead times
- Expert knowledge of work order management, production scheduling, and capacity planning
- Proficiency in BOM management, item master setup, and MRP principles
- Extensive experience in demand planning and scheduling
- Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and purchasing reporting systems
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and data/reporting accuracy
- Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills in complex, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in supplier development
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to resolve business challenges and influence stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to interpret technical data for informed purchasing decisions
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn and apply commodity strategies
