PRODUCTION MANAGERPOSITION:The Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of the shop operations to include Truck Equipment installation, Paint, Quality Control and Pick Up & Delivery with the direction of the Plant Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Allocates resources, provides feedback, and ensures organized production.
- Assign tasks, assist, and train other personnel to support future growth.
- Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
- Issues written and oral instructions.
- Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the shop floor and confer with supervisors, leads, and production personnel to resolve problems, keeping projects moving for the best outcome.
- Communicates across multiple departments.
- Demonstrates leadership behaviors that support our Company Values.
- Advocate plant and employee safety, ensuring all employees are utilizing safety procedures.
- Create a continuous improvement environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in vehicle or other industrial equipment assembly
- 5+ years' experience leading people
- Working knowledge of Excel, ERP Systems, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Experience with defined problem-solving methodologies i.e. 3L - 5 Why
- Ability to work with teams to establish standard work procedures

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per hour
