Product & Service Quality Manager
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors
Leads process improvement and Boeing Production System (BPS) activities for quality in the 737-Renton factory
Provides education, coaching and review of Quality Management System ops and maintains relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Understands business objectives, strategies, and conditions affecting all areas of the program
Develops and maintains partnering relationships with program leaders, quality stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 5ploring Leadership6
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with executives, managers, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis
5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience leading in a Quality Leadership role
3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly
Experience with the Material Review Board (MRB) process
Experience with the One Boeing Production System (BPS)
