Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or project manager in an agile setting.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
• Skillful at translating business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Strong technical comprehension for clear communication of requirements.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused work approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the PartsPool US product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Maintain a transparent backlog, breaking down requirements for the development team.
• Gather and manage stakeholder requirements, balancing needs with product goals.
• Make strategic trade-off decisions based on competing project priorities.
• Engage in sprint planning and reviews to support team task management.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure quality delivery of features.
• Communicate effectively across business, technical, and operational teams.
