Responsibilities

Work with algorithm teams to refine NLP models, improving accuracy in intent recognition and routing. Collaborate with customer service teams to design and implement high-quality data labeling for model training. Build a data monitoring system to track model performance, analyze anomalies, and identify root causes. Use data insights to propose actionable optimizations for both models and workflows. Serve as liaison between business and algorithm teams, aligning technical solutions with operational needs. Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Excel; Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; and Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $168917 - $178917 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
