Responsibilities
Develop operations and go-to-market strategies that align with our platform product capabilities and business requirements to enhance the merchant experience. Analyze product and operational data and merchant feedback to propose strategic initiatives that optimize merchant onboarding, recruitment, and engagement and improve product variety on the platform. Create and maintain guidelines, dashboards, and reports to support the implementation of scalable operations. Define clear success metrics, monitor performance, and conduct post-initiative analyses to refine future operational strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align on business objectives, drive impact and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers and gathering survey questionnaires; Analyzing product and system performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, or deliver strategic business outcomes; and Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including timeline and status documents. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
