Responsibilities
The CSAM Product Operation Manager will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the product operations related to the detection, reporting, and prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across our platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of content moderation, operational workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and safety. Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end CSAM detection and removal operations, ensuring timely and effective handling of cases. - Monitor key metrics and incident trends, driving data-informed improvements to workflows and tooling. - Develop and optimize SOPs, escalation frameworks, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting and audit support. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to assess risks, improve processes, and support incident response.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above. - 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product operations, or content moderation. - Knowledge of CSAM regulations and industry best practices. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage sensitive and high-impact content professionally. Preferred Qualifications - Experience at tech platforms or social media companies. - Direct experience in CSAM or related Trust & Safety operations. - Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems. - Experience working in cross-regional or global teams.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
