Full Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Operations Analyst, you will drive the front-office operations that connect Anduril's sales organization to its production floor - from PO acceptance and Growth Ops Events to order fulfillment and reporting. This role has significant room to grow into broader responsibilities across Business Development and Program Management. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive PO Acceptance & Contract Coordination: Lead the purchase order acceptance process in Salesforce by coordinating with customers, the contracts team, and the legal team to ensure POs are converted to contracts in Oracle and Salesforce in a timely manner. Facilitate NDAs with new prospective clients via JIRA and complete customer-related forms and certifications associated with purchase orders.
Own Growth Ops Event (GOE) Execution: Execute GOEs end-to-end - the trigger from BD and Program Management that releases demand signals for purchasing and allocates resources against a new sale. Track each GOE from initiation through hand-off to production, resolve blockers, and ensure contractual obligations flow cleanly from BD to PM to the production organization.
Support Manufacturing Order Processing & Fulfillment: Assist in managing manufacturing order processing once products enter finished goods in Oracle, including creating sales orders, generating shippers, and triggering invoicing. Coordinate shipping activities through the ERP system to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Build Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Oracle on pipeline health, GOE cycle time, and production throughput. Analyze operational and sales data to identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and measure the impact of changes across the sales and PM organizations.
Support Business Development & Proposals: Support the BD team in proposals and quoting activities, including developing compliance matrices, coordinating with the Deal Team on RFQ compliance forms, following up on COTS opportunities, and assisting with trade show preparation and product demonstrations.
Enable Cross-Functional Operations: Serve as a connective point across BD, PM, and Production by standardizing recurring workflows and escalating schedule, resource, or capacity risks before they affect delivery. Partner with the Service Department Manager to coordinate post-sale support and ensure customer success through delivery and sustainment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Comfort learning new systems quickly - Salesforce, Oracle, and JIRA experience is a plus but not required.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an ability to work with data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
