Full Job Description
Responsibilities 1. Own day-to-day product operations and program management for TTLS's C-side Hotel & Travel products; partner with Product, Design, and Data to build and land consumer-facing capabilities that improve booking conversion and scale the business. 2. Act as the core bridge between business and product - embed with users and frontline teams, surface and structure real pain points across search, detail, booking, and post-booking, and translate complex business scenarios into clear, effective product solutions. 3. Own the end-to-end launch of new C-side features and key projects - define the GTM strategy and multi-region roll-out plan, manage the overall timeline, and ensure high-quality delivery of key milestones. 4. Establish a robust user experience and feedback loop - systematically collect VoC, UX defects, and competitive benchmarks across the full consumer funnel; stay tightly aligned with Product to drive continuous iteration. 5. Codify methodology and best practices for C-side product operations; build the product health dashboard and evaluation framework (conversion, retention, NPS, complaint rate); use data and business insight to drive growth. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of internet product operations or program management experience. - Fluent English across reading, writing, listening, and speaking, usable as a daily working language. Preferred Qualifications: - C-end internet product experience (Travel, OTA, e-commerce, content, lifestyle) preferred. - Solid end-to-end product operations capability; proven track record of leading complex new-feature GTM and large-scale programs; strong business judgment on business trajectory, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. - Deep sensitivity to C-end conversion mechanics (landing page, pricing display, payment, A/B testing); strong data sensitivity, and interpret funnel data. - Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to manage conflict and drive alignment across teams. - Able to clarify ambiguous problems, frame them broadly, and answer with structured logic. - Willing to stay close to the frontline; pragmatic, truth-seeking, with strong self-drive (Strong Ownership), accountability, and empathy. Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
