Hiring for 2 roles
Product Marketing Manager, Subscription Management
Product Marketing Manager, Engage
What you will do (both roles)
- Know the buyer cold. Who they are, how they buy, what makes them pick us or someone else. Be the person Product and the Field ask.
- Own positioning and messaging. Build and maintain the messaging guide, including ICP, pillars, and proof points. Make it sharp enough that sellers use it without you in the room.
- Win against competitors. Track key competitors. Build playbooks and battlecards that tell sellers what to say and when to walk away.
- Shape pricing and packaging. Work with Product Marketing leadership and Finance on packaging and pricing decisions, and turn them into something the field can sell.
- Lead launches. Run cross-functional launches for new products and capabilities from plan to enablement to post-launch results.
- Enable the field. Build training, decks, and tools that help reps close. Continuously monitor and show up on calls to hear what's landing.
- Close the loop with Product. Bring customer input, market shifts, and competitive moves into roadmap conversations.
- Brief Demand Gen and Content. Help inform demand gen campaign strategy with clear commercial goals of the product line and a point of view on how to target the market effectively.
- Grow the install base. Partner with Product, Sales, and CS on adoption and expansion programs that drive retention and revenue.
- Own commercial success. Assess commercial performance of the product line in partnership with Product, Sales, CS, and Finance, and define a path to further improve results.
RequirementsWhat you bring (both roles)
- 2 to 3 years in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS, payments, or fintech company.
- A track record of positioning that changed how deals got won.
- Direct experience enabling field teams. You know what sellers and account teams need in the first five minutes of a call.
- Comfort with data. You can articulate what a past launch did to pipeline, win rate, or revenue.
- Strong writing. Clear, direct, not jargon.
- Ability to run several projects at once and hold a point of view while taking feedback.
