WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This position is responsible for the strategic marketing leadership, positioning, and lifecycle management of assigned imaging products and solutions. This role translates clinical, technical, and market insights into compelling value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to support commercial success. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Training, and other internal stakeholders, the Product Marketing Manager ensures consistent, differentiated messaging across the customer journey and supports business objectives through effective portfolio strategy, competitive intelligence, and launch execution in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

YOUR ROLE
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the assigned imaging portfolio, aligned with overall business and commercial objectives
• Define and maintain clear product positioning, key messaging, and value propositions that differentiate products in competitive imaging markets
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, line extensions, and upgrades, including timelines, materials, and cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Training to ensure accurate, compliant, and effective communication of product features, clinical value, and economic benefits
• Develop and maintain marketing tools such as presentations, sales enablement materials, digital content, training resources, and customer-facing collateral
• Provide sales enablement support through training programs, product updates, and ongoing field engagement to improve product understanding and adoption
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, voice of customer feedback, and market trends to inform portfolio strategy and messaging
• Monitor competitive activity and develop competitive intelligence tools and strategies to support field teams
• Support pricing, value-based messaging, and health economics collaboration as needed to reinforce product differentiation
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and company policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as required to support business needs
• Requires successful completion of assigned training

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education, Experience, and/or Skill:
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or related commercial roles within medical devices, diagnostics, imaging, or healthcare preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement tools preferred
• Strong understanding of imaging markets, clinical workflows, and customer needs preferred
• Experience working in regulated industries with an understanding of compliance and promotional regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Physical Requirements:
• Requires standing and/or walking for approximately 2-6 hours per day or more
• Requires sitting for roughly 2-4 hours per day with breaks
• Requires keyboard use for roughly 2-4 hours per day with breaks
