Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for Black Box Americas.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to analyze sales pipeline and campaign ROI.
  • Work with product marketing to plan and design effective campaigns.
  • Oversee lead qualification, routing, and assignment to sales teams.
  • Manage internal events and represent Black Box at external gatherings.
  • Ensure completion of marketing projects on time and within budget.
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign analytics, scoring, and optimization.
  • Consolidate customer and prospect lists for targeted outreach.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for process scalability and efficiency.
  • Select and oversee technologies, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end to end marketing strategy for Black Box Americas.
  • Interface with sales teams and sales operations to determine sales pipeline value, including campaign ROI tracking.
  • Interface with product marketing to help plan and design marketing campaigns.
  • Ownership of lead qualification, lead routing and lead assignment to the Black Box sales team.
  • Manage Black Box internal events and presence at external events.
  • Manage marketing projects to complete on time and on budget.
  • Execution of targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign management, lead scoring, analysis and optimization.
  • Customer and prospect list consolidation.
  • Leverage marketing automation to create scale and efficiency in all of the above processes.
  • Select and manage technologies, vendors and contractors in support of the above processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing and marketing operations.
  • 3+ years' experience in managing vendors in support of marketing automation.
  • Senior expertise in marketing automation system management.
  • Experience in establishing a new installation of Eloqua in a mid-sized to large organizations.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and data management.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple team members and business priorities.
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, and present to Black Box management as required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, i.e. strong business acumen.
