Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $93,000.00 - $123,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The Wealth Management Senior Investments Product Manager is a key influencer and leader of our Investment Program within Commerce Trust. Essential Functions
  • Partner with business line leaders to define, lead and influence the execution of Investments strategic business initiatives
  • Lead and influence strategic initiatives to ensure competitiveness of existing and evaluate new products, systems, and features
  • Independently create the vision and timeline for implementation of identified features and deliverables
  • Create and confidently deliver the Investments roadmap vision and status to senior leadership and front office teams
  • Make recommendations to business line leadership in concert with the strategic direction
  • Lead vendor analysis efforts and provide input to product marketing plans
  • Independently lead the relationship with vendors and other technology partners in the execution of the strategic plan
  • Prepare business cases for new products and drive prioritization of initiatives
  • Primary decision-maker for all teams participating in execution efforts
  • Primary consultant in the creation of product training and transition of product support to the individuals responsible for the general day-to-day support of the product
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of product infrastructure and applicable legal and/or regulatory rules
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Product management
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Program management
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated strong ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements
  • Demonstrated strong ability to set goals, monitor and drive results
  • Demonstrated strong ability to autonomously work and lead multiple priority projects
  • Proven track record in building and leading projects of a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business decisions

  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5+ years product or program management or related experience required
  • 2+ years experience leading a cross-functional team required
  • 2+ years experience with financial products and systems preferred
  • Experience in finance or investment management industry preferred

This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
