Join our dynamic Data & Analytics organization as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development of a cutting-edge Data Quality & Contracts Platform. Chase is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager, who will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Data Quality & Contracts Platform. As a Product Manager, Vice President - Data Management in Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data governance, data products, AI/ML and business stakeholders—to deliver scalable solutions that ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless quality and contract lifecycle management. A core dimension of this role is embedding AI and generative AI solutions into platform capabilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in transforming how our organization manages and leverages data assets in an AI-enabled enterprise. Job responsibilities • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform. • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance functions. • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering, UX, data governance and data products teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions. • Drive change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment and adopt and pivot to evolving business needs by learning quickly on-the-job • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management • 3+ years focused on data management, data quality, or contract management platforms. • Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products or platforms.  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and contract lifecycle management. • Experience working with agile development methodologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization • Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.  • Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) and contract management solutions. • Technical proficiency in data architecture, data integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
