Product Manager, Supply Chain - OTTAVA, for our Santa Clara, CA location.
Position SummaryThe Product Manager is the end-to-end owner of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Lifecycle Management for one or more subsystems within the OTTAVA robotic surgical platform. Serving as the voice of Supply Chain for assigned subsystems, this role develops and delivers integrated sourcing, manufacturing, cost, and lifecycle strategies while driving resolution of critical issues impacting quality, delivery, cost, manufacturability, supply continuity, and customer experience.
Working across R&D, Program Management, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and other functions, the Product Manager ensures subsystem readiness and long-term performance throughout the product lifecycle. The role serves as the default point of alignment and partner concern for subsystem-related Supply Chain matters, driving cross-functional alignment while enabling direct teamwork among subject matter authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Lifecycle Management strategy for assigned OTTAVA subsystems.
- Develop and maintain subsystem roadmaps for cost, sourcing, manufacturing, capacity, quality, and lifecycle management.
- Serve as the voice of Supply Chain and Manufacturing in subsystem planning, prioritization, and decision-making forums.
- Lead lifecycle management activities including obsolescence planning, product changes, supply continuity, technology transitions, and long-term support strategies.
- Track and drive resolution of material, process, equipment, supplier, manufacturing, and field quality issues, ensuring effective handoffs and accountability across functions.
- Lead cross-functional task forces and improvement initiatives to address critical business challenges and operational risks.
- Drive alignment and execution across Procurement, Supplier Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Service, and Program Management teams.
QualificationsEducation: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; a focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree, Master's is preferred.
Required:- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product management, program management, or related functions.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in product development and operations environments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement manufacturing, supply chain, product, or lifecycle strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership skills.
Preferred: - Experience in medical devices, robotics, capital equipment, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with new product introduction, design transfer, supplier strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of quality systems, design controls, and change management processes.
Other:- May require up to 20% of domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations
- The attendance policy required for this role is fully onsite.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$142,000.00 - $244,950.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
