The Product Manager owns the "what," "why," and business value of assigned digital products or product families. This role is accountable for establishing product vision, defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, evaluating business outcomes, and ensuring products effectively support the needs of Consulting professionals and clients. The Product Owner serves as the primary connection point between the Digital Products function and Consulting delivery leadership, translating business needs into product priorities while ensuring organizational alignment and sustained value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and backlog health.
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and prioritization for assigned products.
- Accountable for adoption outcomes; partner with Change Management to execute training, communications, readiness, launch, and hypercare plans.
- Prepare Product Council recommendations for investment, scaling, sustainment, and retirement decisions.
- Make day-to-day product prioritization and backlog tradeoff decisions within approved roadmap, funding, risk, and capacity guardrails.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 5+ Years Experience in a Product Manager or similar role
Preferred Qualifications- Consulting/professional services experience, especially with ERP/CRM/HCM implementation or delivery operations.
- Experience owning product backlogs in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release acceptance plans.
- Experience using ADO, Jira, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product/backlog tooling.
- Experience measuring digital product adoption, operational value, ROI, and product health.

- Professional certifications related to product management, business applications, agile delivery, organizational change management, or relevant technology platforms are encouraged and may be pursued as aligned with business and professional development objectives.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
